On April 6 and 7, 2023, Huanggang Huayao Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd. organized the second shareholders' (enlarged) meeting in 2023 and the company's listing work presentation meeting, which was presided over by Chairman Yu Yangchun, the company's shareholders Fu Li, Xia Shuzheng, Xia Zhiming, Yu Xinhuan, Zheng Xuhai, Yang Lihua, Yu Ruilong, Li Guishan, Yu Min, Yu Bin, Miao Jianzhong, Wang Xiaochun, Zhu Lu, Zhou Haijun, Wang Xiong, Qian Wangming, Fu Qiang, Chen Hanxiong, Chen Xiongjun and Li Qingshan attended the meeting. The company's legal adviser Shi Mengchun, board secretary Wang Jian, and some shareholders of each subsidiary attended the meeting. Recently, huanggang Huayao Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd. received 12 utility model patent certificates issued by the State Intellectual Property Office, such as "Production Equipment and Process of Continuous Casting in Vehicle", "Secondary Incineration Secondary Waste Heat Utilization System Device for Industrial Kiln", "A Circulation Structure to Reduce Temperature Difference between Upper and Lower in Tunnel Kiln Preheating Zone" and "Double Cross of Air-fuel Correction Ratio of Huayao Zhongzhou Residual Oxygen Quantity" there are five computer software copyright registration certificates, such as limiting information analysis and management system V1.0, abnormal data processing system V1.0 of Huayao Zhongzhou regenerative combustion performance test, visualization management system V1.0 of automatic constant temperature control data of Huayao Zhongzhou annular heating furnace, and temperature data monitoring and management platform V1.0 of Huayao Zhongzhou stepping heating furnace, another three invention patent applications were published and entered the substantive examination stage. So far, the total number of invention patents in Zhongzhou Kiln Company has reached 12, 101 utility model patents and 2 appearance patents, totaling 115.

Fushun Petrochemical General Hydrogenation Catalyst Project successfully trial-produced the first batch of finished catalyst PHF-151 hydrofining catalyst, and the product analysis was qualified. This indicates that the production process of the 5000-ton/year general hydrogenation catalyst technology upgrade project, the largest general hydrogenation catalyst project in China, designed and installed by Huanggang huayao zhongzhou kiln co., ltd., has been fully opened, and the hydrogenation catalyst technology upgrade project is about to enter the formal production stage. On June 27, PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company announced: "This is a new milestone for Fushun Petrochemical to consolidate and develop the catalyst industry and build a PetroChina hydrogenation and precious metal catalyst production and research and development base".

It is a three-system certification enterprise of "GB/T9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001" for kiln construction, and has the first-class qualification for general contracting of metallurgical engineering construction.
