Sinosteel New Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. has an estimated total investment of 1.461 billion yuan and covers an area of 484 mu. The project will start in March 2021. Huanggang Huayao Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd. has participated in the first phase of Sinosteel New Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. with strong technical strength and funds. The project cost is over 100 million yuan, and the project has been put into operation. The first phase of the project undertaken by Zhongzhou Kiln Company has won high praise and full trust from the owners due to its stable equipment performance, fast manufacturing and installation progress, and standardized project management. As a high-quality construction party, it was invited to participate in the second phase of Sinosteel New Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 20000 tons of special graphite.
In 2023, "Sinosteel New Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd." was changed to "Saimaike Advanced Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd". The company focuses on nuclear power, photovoltaic, semiconductor and other industrial application industries. Relying on the leading R & D strength of the head office, it is its responsibility to build a high-tech enterprise with the largest scale, highest quality and most complete specifications in China. Saimaike Advanced Materials (Ningxia) Co., Ltd. has an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of special graphite, which is one of the key construction projects in Ningxia Autonomous region, and the project has entered a full sprint stage. Up to now, the company's three main workshops have been completed. The equipment installation rate of N804 workshop and N806 workshop has been completed by nearly 90%, and they are now in the debugging and operation stage. The construction of N703 vibration molding workshop and N805 dipping workshop is in full swing. Civil engineering and large-scale equipment installation are being carried out at the same time. It is expected that the completion acceptance will be realized in May this year.
As the last production process of 20000 tons of special graphite in Saimaike Ningxia, the N809 project officially started construction in February this year. The 20000-ton special graphite production line is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2023 and enter the production stage. After full production, the annual output value will not be less than 1 billion yuan, which can not only enhance the core competitiveness of national basic materials, solve the "stuck neck" problem of China's basic material manufacturing, but also add new vitality to promote the high-quality development of local economy and society.
The construction cost of CBF furnace construction project (bid section 3) in N809 workshop, which was won by Zhongzhou kiln company, is nearly 24 million yuan, which is a control project of 20000 tons of special graphite project in Saimaike Ningxia. Fu Li, President of Huanggang Huayao Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd., introduced that the smooth implementation of the Saimaike Ningxia Project (Phase II) is another successful practice of Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd. in the field of new energy. In recent years, while stabilizing traditional advantageous fields such as refractory materials, ceramics, metallurgy, and chemical industry, Zhongzhou Company has organized technical forces to collectively tackle new energy fields and accumulated rich construction experience. Up to now, Zhongzhou Kiln Company has signed a total of more than 0.16 billion yuan in 2023, completing the target task in the first half of the year ahead of schedule.
