The 5000-ton/year general hydrogenation catalyst technology upgrade project of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company is a key project of CNPC during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. The estimated investment is 0.301 billion yuan, and the total area of the device is about 15000 square meters. The project includes two 2500-ton/year catalyst production lines. Huanggang Huayao Zhongzhou Kiln Co., Ltd. undertakes the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the kiln equipment used for the residual oil agent of production line 1 and hydrogenation catalyst of production line 2 of the project. The main equipment includes carrier double-layer dryer (including cloth machine and strip breaker), carrier pre-roasting and roasting mesh belt kiln, impregnated finished product drying table, carrier drying belt (including cloth machine and strip breaker), impregnated finished product drying belt and finished product activation baking furnace, all the equipment of the project realizes modular design and assembly production. The design and manufacture are completed by Zhongzhou Kiln Company in the factory area, packaged and transported to the customer's workshop for assembly and debugging, which not only ensures the quality of the equipment manufacturing, but also reduces the delay of the project due to infrastructure construction, epidemic situation and other reasons, greatly saves the production cycle of the customer's project and brings great economic benefits to the customer.

 

 

The kiln equipment manufactured and installed by Zhongzhou Kiln Company has been highly praised by Fushun Petrochemical Company's executive director, party secretary Song Dayong, general manager Bai Gang and other leaders.
